Cocktail of the Day

Necromancer’s Potion

(A riff on the classic Zombie cocktail)

1½ oz. Original Dark Plantation Rum
1 oz. OFTD Plantation Rum
½ oz. Passionfruit Syrup
¼ oz. Ginger Syrup
1 oz. Fresh Pineapple Juice
¾ oz. Fresh Lime Juice
1 dash Absinthe
1 dash Angostura Bitters

Glassware: collins
Garnish: mint sprig, pineapple wedge, lime wheel

Combine all ingredients into a shaking tin with crushed ice. Shake for 5-8 seconds. Open pour into glassware. Top with more crushed ice. Garnish.
