Cocktail of the Day

Pineapple Maze

(The Classic Daiquiri Cocktail Revisted)

2 oz. Plantation Stiggins
Fancy Pineapple Rum
3/4 oz. Simple Syrup
1/2 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
1/2 oz. Fresh Grapefruit Juice
1 dash Angostura Bitters

Glassware: A Coupe Glass

Garnish: A Lime Wheel or Wedge

Combine all ingredients into a shaking tin. Add three scoops pellet ice. Shake for 5-8 seconds. Gated pour into glassware and then garnish with fresh lime.
