Cocktail of the Day

Shambling Skeleton

(A riff on the classic Mai Tai cocktail)

  • 2½ oz. Plantation Xaymaca Special Dry Rum
  • 1½ oz. Don’s Mix (2:1 Fresh Grapefruit Juice to Cinnamon Syrup)
  • ½ oz. Pierre Ferrand Dry Curacao
  • 1 oz. Orgeat
  • ½ oz. Lime Juice

Glassware: A Double Rocks Glass
Garnish: A Mint Sprig And A Lime Wheel

Combine all ingredients into a shaking tin with crushed ice. Shake for 5-8 seconds. Open pour into glassware. Top with more crushed ice. Garnish.
