Glassware: A Pilsner Glass
Garnish: Fresh Mint
Combine all ingredients except ginger beer with two and a half scoops of pellet ice in a Boston shaker and shake for 8-12 seconds. Add ginger beer to a pilsner glass, then strain contents of shaker over beer using a funnel. Top with ice and garnish using fresh mint.
This cocktail is a modified version of the Aku Aku cocktail found in the Smuggler’s Cove recipe book.
