Cocktail of the Day

Vampire’s Fang

(A Riff On The Classic Cobra’s Fang Cocktail)

1½ oz. Plantation O.F.T.D. Rum
½ oz. Grenadine
¼ oz. Allspice Dram
¾ oz. Grapefruit Juice
½ oz. Fresh Lime Juice
1 dash Angostura Bitters

Glassware: A Snifter or Double Rocks Glass
Garnish: A Mint Sprig And A Lime Wheel

Combine all ingredients into a shaking tin with crushed ice. Shake for 5-8 seconds. Open pour into glassware. Top with more crushed ice. Garnish.
