Cocktail of the Day

Roaming Skull

(The classic Tradewinds cocktail revisited)

1 oz. Original Dark Plantation Rum
1 oz. Plantation 3 Stars Artisanal Rum
1 oz. Apricot Liqueur
1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
1½ oz. Coconut Cream

Glassware: pearl diver or collins
Garnish: mint sprig, lemon wedge, and a swizzle stick

Combine all ingredients in tin with two and a half scoops of pellet ice. Blend for 8-12 seconds with an immersion blender and strain over ice. Add additional pellet ice as necessary to top off glass.

This cocktail is a modified version of the Tradewinds cocktail featured in the Smuggler’s Cove recipe book.
