Cocktail of the Day

Gunslinger’s Grave

(A riff on the classic Singapore Sling cocktail)

2 oz. Citadelle Original Dry Gin
½ oz. Grenadine
¼ oz. Passionfruit Syrup
¼ oz. Allspice Dram
1 oz. Fresh Orange Juice
¾ oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
2 dash Angostura Bitters
2 oz. Soda Water

Glassware: A Collins Glass
Garnish: A Mint Sprig And A Lemon Wheel

Combine all ingredients, except soda water, into a shaking tin with cubed ice. Shake for 12-15 seconds. Add the soda water into the glassware. Open pour shaking tin into glassware. Top with more cubed ice if needed. Garnish.
