Cocktail of the Day

Tombstone Grog

(A riff on the classic Navy Grog cocktail)

1 oz. Plantation XO 20th Anniversary Rum
1 oz. Plantation Isle of Fiji Rum
½ oz. Cinnamon Syrup
¼ oz. Falernum
¼ oz. Allspice Dram
1 oz. Fresh Grapefruit Juice
¾ oz. Fresh Lime Juice

Glassware: A Collins Glass

Garnish: A Mint Sprig And A Charred Cinnamon Stick

Combine all ingredients into a shaking tin with crushed ice. Shake for 5-8 seconds. Open pour into glassware. Top with more crushed ice. Garnish.
