Cocktail of the Day

Double Bladed Axe (A cocktail recipe by Mixing Up Tiki)

2 oz. Plantation Rum 3 Star
1/2 oz. Mathilde Peche
1/2 oz. Grenadine
1/2 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
1.2 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
2 Dashes Orange Bitters

Glassware: Hurricane or Pearl Diver Glass
Garnish: Wusong Road Swizzle Stick

Combine all ingredients (except Grenadine) into a shaker with pebble ice. Shake for 3-5 seconds. Open pour into glassware. Top with more pebble ice and garnish. Float Grenadine.
