Cocktail of the Day

Sigil of Protection

(A cocktail created for us by Mixing Up Tiki)

2 oz. Plantation Rum 3 Star
1/2 oz. Mathilde Peche Liqueur
1/2 oz. Honey Syrup
3/4 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
6 Fresh Mint Leaves

Glassware: Coupe Glass
Garnish: Fresh mint

Combine all ingredients into a shaking tin. Muddle mint leaves, then add two scoops of pebble ice. Shake for 5-8 seconds. Double strain into glassware. Garnish.
