Cocktail of the Day

The Black Steed

(A cocktail by Mixing Up Tiki!)

1 oz. Plantation OFTD Rum
1 oz. Plantation Original Dark Rum
1/2 oz. Mathilde Cassis
1/2 oz. Demerara Syrup
1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters

Glassware: A Don The Beachcomber mug
Garnish: Fresh mint and a Surfside Sips straw

Combine all ingredients into a shaking tin with pebble ice. Shake for 5-8 seconds. Open pour into tiki mug. Top with more pebble ice. Garnish.
