Mookie Sato Teases Mug Of Beautiful Wahine With Flower In Hair And Ukulele

    Mookie Sato’s distinctive art style translates beautifully into ceramics. Well known for his illustration and graphic design of tiki culture and Mid-century Modern art, Mookie Sato is now planning to release his own ceramic cocktail mugs.

    An official release date has not yet been announced, but Mookie Sato’s new mug may go on sale as early as March of this year. The mug depicts a wahine strumming a ukulele with a flower in her hair. She is wearing a traditional red dress.
