Cocktail of the Day

Sir Ichabod Crane (A recipe by Mixing Up Tiki)

2 oz. Plantation Isle of Fiji Rum
1/4 oz. Pineapple Gum Syrup
3 Dashes Angostura Bitters
2 Dashes Orange Bitters

Glassware: Double Old Fashioned Glass
Garnish: Orange Twist

Combine all ingredients and stir for 5-7 seconds. Serve over a large ice cube and garnish.
