Cocktail of the Day

Tree of the Dead

2 oz. Plantation 3 Star Rum
1/2 oz. Mathilde Cassis Liqueur
1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice

Glassware: Hurricane Glass
Garnish: Fresh Mint, Cassis Float, and Surfside Sips Straw

Combine all ingredients (except Cassis) into a shaking tin with pebble ice. Shake for 5-8 seconds. Open pour into glassware. Top with more pebble ice. Garnish, then add Cassis last.
