    13 Nights of Tiki Frights continues with another ceramic mug artist interview. We’ll be going live with Shima Ceramics starting at 6:00pm PDT/9:00pm EDT on Wednesday, October 20, 2021. You can watch by following either @thesearchfortiki or @shimaceramics on Instagram.

    Chris Shima of Shima Ceramics makes everything by hand. Each piece is slip-cast, trimmed, glazed, and signed by Shima Ceramics the old fashioned way. Sometimes Shima Ceramics make tropical mugs, but other times they are inspired by nautical history or horror.
