This ceramic mug depicts a topless wahine with four hands. One hand is on her hip, one hand is on her head, one hand is holding a drink tray, and the other hand is holding a shrunken head. The back of this mug has the “Frankie’s Tiki Room Las Vegas” logo with a palm tree that has coconuts replaced with skulls.

While the standard size of this mug holds 16 fl. oz., this version was produced in a much larger size by the manufacturer and can hold 25 fl. oz. The change in size was unintentional and only a limited number of these mugs were produced.
