This ceramic tiki mug depicts a Moai from the hips upward, glazed in a dark-gold matte glaze resembling bronze. Interior glaze is pale turquoise. The back is carved with one bird and two bird/animal creatures.

Special Notes: Created for Max’s NYE dinner 12/31/19 in an edition of 25 for $100 each (no more are to be made with this glaze). They were made at Max’s on-site ceramic studio, but the designer/sculptor was never named (Gecko is their main ceramicist, but this is not his style). One metallic silver-glazed mug was made as well, as a random surprise for one of the mug purchasers. This design was planned to be released in a larger edition with a green matte glaze later in 2020.
