It depicts the woman featured on the album art of Primitiva, exotica legend Martin Denny’s fourth album (released in August of 1958).  This mug is manufactured in the United States by Eeekum Bookum. This 2nd Edition mug is unique in that it comes with a set of separately fired, standalone ceramic hands.
