    Joe Allard has over 20 years of experience in the independent design and creation of toys and collectibles. His studio, Design Devil, is based out of California. He has colored comic books for Marvel, designs collectibles for Hasbro, Mattel and Disney, and works with Mondo on their extensive line of licensed tiki mugs.
