Pleasant Tiki, run by Ken and Heather Pleasant, are carrying on the Witco Decor family tradition with a new Tiki mug manufactured by Oakwash in Louisiana. Omar Girona has translated the classic Polynesian Fountain design of William Westenhaver into a ceramic mug.

The new mug stands just under 9″ tall and can hold approximately 22 fluid ounces of cocktail. The Bone Wash edition will be limited to 100 mugs and will retail for $189 plus shipping.

Ken and Heather Pleasant are a husband and wife team creating Tiki inspired art that is heavily influenced by Heather’s Grandfather, William Westenhaver, who presided over Witco Decor. Bill taught Ken how to carve in 1988 and together they created for twenty years. Today Ken and Heather continue the Witco legacy with their company Pleasant Tiki.

Polynesian Fishing God mugs can be purchased through the official website of Pleasant Tiki starting Sunday, January 2nd, at 1:00pm PST/4:00pm EST. Will you be adding one to your collection?
