The long rumored and highly anticipated Trader Sam’s version of Club 33’s Souris-Chaude Gargoyle Mug has officially been announced through the official Disney Parks TikTok account. This version of the mug has a reddish brown glaze with a black wipe.

Inspired by one of the ominous looking gargoyles of Walt Disney’s theme park attraction The Haunted Mansion, this cocktail mug depicts a sneering gargoyle with angular ears, clawed feet, and two removeable swizzles designed to look like candle sticks. The gargoyle is perched on a bamboo stand with cartoonish looking skulls. The Souris-Chaude Gargoyle Mug was designed by Tim Wollweber and manufactured by Tiki Farm in China. It includes two candle swizzle sticks.

Trader Sam’s newest mug will be available in person only via mobile order starting on Friday, September 17th, at 6:00am PDT. Purchases will likely be limited to two per guest (or less). The last mug release at Trader Sam’s Enchanted Tiki Bar went live on the mobile app early, so we recommend checking the app periodically prior to the official mug release time.

    1. Not sure on price. The LE Jungle Cruise mug released July 30 was $55, for reference. But that one did not include swizzles. The Club 33 version was $88.17. I heard there will be several thousand mugs, but that is a rumor and I have not seen that confirmed anywhere yet.

    1. Unfortunately I haven’t heard anything about this mug coming to WDW. I assume Disney doesn’t want to promote product launches at the Poly until construction is 100% complete
