Friends From The Other Side Mugs By Oakwash On Sale Today

    Oakwash, headed by Omar Girona, is known for releasing limited editions of their mugs, but his latest creation will be even more limited than usual. Friends From The Other Side will be a set of two voodoo inspired mugs and only ten of the sets will be available tonight.

    Friends From The Other Side are loosely inspired by the shadow man Dr. Facilier from Disney’s animated motion picture The Princess and the Frog. Each mug in the set holds approximately 7 fl. oz. of your favorite cocktail. Fortunately you wont have to trade your soul for a set, but they will set you back $120.

    These cocktail mugs are 100% hand made by Oakwash in Louisiana with all materials sourced in the USA. The exterior glaze of both mugs features Omar’s signature black wiped glaze, which is also present on his Liki Tiki mugs. The inside of each mug differs, though. One mug in each set has a shiny red glazed interior and the second mug comes with a speckled green interior.

    The sets go on sale tonight, Friday, October 9, 2020, at 9:00pm CST. Mugs have already been produced and will ship sometime next week. Those looking to order one of the ceramic mug sets will be able to do so via Oakwash’s official website. You can preview the listing already.
