Invisible Man Mug, Second In A Series By Doug Horne, Is Coming To Aku Aku Orlando In January

    Is it just us… or is that Tiki Bob floating? The new mug by Doug Horne for Aku Aku Orlando depicts the Invisible Man holding a miniature Tiki Bob. It is the second in a series of mugs depicting beloved monsters from classic horror films. The first mug, released in 2020, was the Gill Man Chu and it can be viewed here.

    The Invisible Man Mug will first be available on Friday, January 21st at the 808 Island Pub during a special “Dinner with Doug” event. Reservations are extremely limited and they include a mug, cocktail, and seat, starting at $100. 

    If you don’t mind waiting a day, or if you are unsuccessful obtaining a “Dinner with Doug” reservation, the official mug release will occur on Saturday, January 22nd. Mugs will go on sale starting at 5:00pm EST and Doug Horne will be on hand to sign mugs during a meet and greet between 6:00pm and 8:00pm EST. Only the first half of the mugs will be available (out of a total 500 mugs) at this event. The remaining mugs will go on sale at a later date, perhaps online.
