Latitude 29 Celebrates Annual Spookilau With Cursed Coconut Mug Produced By Oakwash

    Oakwash and Latitude 29’s newest mug depicts a cursed coconut resting on an ocean floor. Skeletal fingers and octopus tentacles emerge from the coconut to fight for a single coin glazed in 22 karat gold. The Cursed Coconut is a limited edition of 150 mugs and it will be available both in person and online.

    Spookilau, Latitude 29’s celebration of all thing spooky, begins Friday, October 22. New Orleans locals will be able to pick up their Cursed Coconut mugs from the bar then. In the meantime, 75 of the mugs are going on sale through Oakwash.com this Friday, October 15 at 12:00pm PDT and 3:00pm EDT. 

    Each mug is handmade in Louisiana by Oakwash, a design studio headed by Omar Girona. Oakwash designs and produces ceramic Tiki mugs and many of its designs are inspired by Adventureland from the Disney theme parks.
