Liki Tiki #1 By Oakwash Releasing In New Moss Glaze And Bone White January 1st At Midnight

    Many folks missed out on the original Liki Tiki mug by Oakwash, but another opportunity to own one is presenting itself January 1st. Omar Girona is kicking the new year off right by releasing preorders for Liki Tiki #1 in two different glazes at 12:01am CST.

     Liki Tiki features “wood carving” accents that give it a distressed look and feel. It is being released in Bone White and Moss glazes. The Moss version features a Raku style green that makes every mug look like a jungle relic. You can view the original Liki Tiki mug #1 here and Liki Tiki mug #2 here.

    The new mugs retail for $125 and each glaze is a limited edition of 100. The expected delivery window for each mug is 90 days and once they sell out the Liki Tiki #1 design will not be made again. Two additional Liki Tiki designs are expected to arrive later in 2021, with the last remaining three designs scheduled for 2022.

    Oakwash is a design studio headed by Omar Girona. It designs and produces ceramic tiki mugs and many of its designs are inspired by Adventureland from the Disney theme parks.
