Mondo’s Pennywise Mug From Stephen King’s IT Says “You’ll Float Too!”

    Children’s least favorite clown, Pennywise, has now been immortalized in a ceramic cocktail mug from Mondo. The mug takes inspiration from the 2017 film, IT, which was a box office smash and was based on Stephen King’s 1986 novel of the same name. Pennywise has an exaggerated forehead, angled tufts of hair, and a sinister grin.

    The mug is available in three different glazes: Orange/Red, Balloon Red, and Brown. Each stands about 6¾” tall and holds approximately 37 fl. oz. of mixed drink. It was designed by Doug P’Gosh and Tufan Sezer, and was produced by Tiki Farm. “You’ll float too!” is written on the back of each mug and they are made of stoneware ceramic.

    Mondo is an American design company that is famous for its limited edition tiki mugs, collectibles and screen printed posters. It was founded in 2004 and is headquartered in Austin, Texas. Many of the tiki mugs Mondo has produced over the years feature prominent characters from some of the world’s biggest films and television series and they are working on an ongoing designer artist series of mugs.
