Another batch of mugs by Lost Temple Traders is releasing next Friday, January 29th. It is the final batch of their super limited two-mug set featuring a removable head. The Zombie Severed Skipper was sculpted by Patrick Vassar and produced by Monkey Skull.

The new mug depicts the bust of a zombie skipper (skipper is the name given to workers of Disney’s Jungle Cruise attraction and the bartenders at Trader Sam’s). The second edition zombie has a pale green face and is wearing a hat and collared shirt with pockets. It’s ribcage protrudes on the back of the mug. Zombie Severed Skipper comes in two pieces- the head can be removed from the torso and both pieces can be used individually as separate mugs. Each piece holds about 10 fl. oz. of cocktail. The face shape of this mug is a nod to the original zombie from Night of the Living Dead, Bill Hinzman. The removable head pays homage to Ren Clark’s severed head.

Lost Temple Traders, founded in 2019, sells both limited edition Tiki mugs and collectible pins. Their products feature iconic images from adventure stories, including traveling headhunters and camp raiding monkeys.

Those wanting to add a Zombie Severed Skipper to their collection will be able to do so via the official Lost Temple Traders website next Friday, January 29th. The first edition retailed for $165 shipped.
