Tortuga Teal Cursed Monkey’s Fist Mug By Hidden Harbor And VanTiki Announced

    It’s finally happening! Hidden Harbor is about to release the Tortuga Teal Edition of their Cursed Monkey’s First Mug created by VanTiki. The new version features candy-colored teal glaze with wiped-black. It is a Limited Edition cocktail mug of only 100.

    Cursed Monkey’s fist has been handmade in Eugene, Oregon and will retail for $150 each. Mug sales will be limited to one per person. Prior editions include the Cotton Cordage and Weathered Rigging editions. Both of those versions held about 10 fl. oz. of cocktail and stood just under 4″ tall.

    VanTiki is a ceramic studio based out of Oregon. All of its mugs and ceramics are painstakingly created by hand. You’ll only find unique, one-of-a-kind creations and limited edition castings sold by VanTiki. They are also well known for their video series Tiki Technical Tuesday on Instagram and YouTube that goes behind the scenes of ceramic making.

    Initially the new mugs will be released in-person only at Hidden Harbor on Saturday, December 5 at 3:00pm. The following day, Cursed Monkey’s Fist will be available for purchase in the new retail shop located next door at the Independent. Whatever mugs remain, including a few held in reserve, will be listed online Monday, December 7 at 12:00pm EST.
